Austin Padel Center — Coming to Sheldon Cove

Austin’s first premier indoor padel facility, opening at 1205 Sheldon Cove. Nine regulation courts, social spaces, and wellness amenities — built in partnership with Metis Capital and the van Veggel Family Office. 

Metis Capital and the van Veggel Family Office are bringing Austin Padel Center to Sheldon Cove — a purpose-built, 22,000 SF complex featuring six indoor and three outdoor climate-controlled courts, a sports bar, recovery lounge, pro shop, meeting rooms, and premium locker rooms. A pop-up padel experience opens February 1, 2026; full completion is slated for Q3 2026.

About This Project

Austin Padel Center will anchor Sheldon Cove’s next phase as a destination where sport, art, and community converge — extending a tenant mix that already includes Mesa Rim Climbing Gym and Wonderspaces Interactive Art Gallery.
